LAND PLANNING

Throughout our history of nearly 40 years, one of the mainstays of HNP's services has been land planning, working on sites ranging in size from a few acres to a few thousand acres. Services include master planning, rezoning applications with supporting graphics, and detailed design for construction. Responsibility ranges from land use diagrams to roadway layout, subdivision design, amenity design, marketing graphics, and various other project-specific services the client requires. While HNP strives to create a master plan that respects all of the program requirements within the given budget and time constraints, our main goal is to create a community with a sense of place.
