Valley Sports Complex

This project began with the evaluation of a 220-acre tract of land owned by the City. The City’s intent was to develop a Master Plan for a mixed-use district comprised of commercial, office and multi-family development, while reserving enough land for the future construction of a high school and public sports and recreation complex. The final Master Plan showed the possible development and its impact on the recreational complex. Construction documents were developed for a five-field softball complex, four tennis courts, recreation complex and entry road.
