Summerchase is a 248-unit apartment community located on a steeply sloped site in Riverchase. HNP provided all site planning services, including master plan, grading plan, parking and roadway layout, siting of every building and site design of all resident amenities. This project received a Merit Award for site design from the Alabama Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
