Trace Crossings is a multi-use development originally consisting of 1,800 acres. This development, now one of the premier communities in Hoover, was begun in 1987. HNP’s involvement began in 1992, with a major revision of the master plan that shifted the development’s focus in favor of residential uses. Today, the community has grown to over 2,150 acres, with a shopping center, numerous offices, churches, a minor-league baseball stadium, RV park, three schools, and residential districts totaling nearly 1,160 homes. Trace Crossings offers residents several miles of walking trails and three community centers with a variety of recreational opportunities.
