Residential Design
At Holcombe Norton Partners, our residential projects vary from simple planting plans to the master planning of large estates. Services include siting of all structures, design of driveways, hardscapes, planting design and conclude with construction administration of implementation. Consistent within all of HNP’s designs is the goal of achieving a built landscape that reflects the owners’ wishes and desires relative to the their landscape. Each of these designs begins with the preparation of preliminary concepts, attempting to synthesize the owners’ needs with the opportunities and challenges presented by their site. These ideas are then presented to the owners, and their feedback helps us to refine the design into a unique expression of our clients and how they live. Finally, the concepts are developed into the drawings required for construction, and are used to solicit pricing and guide the implementation of the design.
