Land Planning
Throughout our history of 30 years, one of the mainstays of Holcombe Norton Partners' services has been Land Planning. Sites have ranged in size from a few acres to thousands. Our involvement with most projects begins with raw land and includes master planning, re-zoning with required graphics, and ultimately implementation of the detailed designs. Responsibility ranges from recommendations for land use to roadway layout, subdivision design, amenity design, marketing graphics, and various other job specific services the client requires. Consistent in all of HNP's efforts is the primary goal of creating a community or development with a sense of place. Equally important is the creation of a master plan that respects all of the program requirements within the given budget and time constraints.
