Lake Cyrus North

Lake Cyrus North is a proposed 836-acre mixed-use development. The Master Plan includes a wide array of single-family and multi-family residential, two village centers featuring live/work units, hotels and other uses. The project also includes a 75-acre prime commercial location on Hwy. 150. In addition to the Master Plan, HNP provided all supporting documents and maps for a successful re-zoning petition.
