SOHO is a mixed-use development in downtown Homewood. The development included two four-story condominium towers, with shops and restaurants at the street and plaza level. Together with the new Homewood City Hall, the three buildings provide a streetscape, complete with sidewalk cafés, to frame the pedestrian plaza, beneath which is a subterranean parking area. HNP was responsible for the planting design for the plaza and streetscapes, screening of the service areas, and two rooftop gardens for individual condominium owners.
