HNP took over the master planning of this multi-use development in 1982, and continues to be involved today. After designing the arrangement of the land uses and the layout of much of the roadway system, HNP worked with the developer to provide prospective purchasers of individual parcels with site plans to demonstrate the suitability of a particular site to each client’s intended use. These site plans were prepared for a variety of retail, office, institutional and residential sites. HNP also designed planting for the common areas, entrances and parkways within Riverchase.
