This cluster housing development features fourteen homes, located on an infill site with spectacular views of Shades Valley. Working closely with the architect, HNP provided site layout, entrance, and common area designs, as well as the siting and landscape plans for each home. The final master plan resulted in a development with fourteen unique lots which take full advantage of the site.
