Holcombe Norton Partners, Inc. was started in 1979 and has, along with other support staff, evolved into a firm of professionals with Landscape Architecture degrees, one professional with an Architecture degree, and one professional with degrees in both Landscape Architecture and Graphic Arts.  With over 94 years of combined professional experience, HNP has grown steadily in the size, number, and diversity of projects undertaken.  These projects range from small scale, such as site design for single-family residences, to large-scale master planning for corporate and college campuses and planned unit developments up to 3,500 acres.  This range of expertise is extremely beneficial in the execution of design in that virtually every project requires familiarity with simple detail such as fencing, masonry construction, or scoring patterns of concrete walks, as well as proven ability in the complexities of large scale design such as layout and integration of multiple land uses and their ancillary functions.  HNP provides these services for a broad range of clients including public, private and institutional.

Upon completion of the planning and design phases of the services provided to its clients, Holcombe Norton Partners, Inc. routinely continues its involvement, providing contract documents and construction administration through final acceptance of project work.  During all their experience, Holcombe Norton Partners, Inc. has consistently reinforced their reputation for excellence in design performed in a timely manner and within budget.  The majority of HNP’s commissions are from repeat clients.
