Holcombe Norton Partners, Inc. provides Site Planning services for a wide variety of developments, including shopping centers, office parks, multi-family housing, private homes, and virtually anything in the built environment. Involving HNP early in a project helps ensure that access to and circulation within the site are designed in sensible and safe configurations, that buildings are arranged appropriately and placed at the proper elevations, and that the site plan and landscaping comply with applicable local regulations. HNP may prepare several different plans for a single piece of property in order to help the client determine the feasibility of various development types on a given parcel of land considering its slope, drainage patterns, vegetation, access, and proximity to other land uses.
