Holcombe Norton Partners, Inc. has been working with clients and developers to shape the development of numerous projects ranging in size from just a few acres to large planned unit developments of over 3000 acres. HNP studies the inherent characteristics of each parcel as well as the existing infrastructure, waterways, topography, and surrounding influences in preparation for developing a schematic land use plan. HNP assists developers in negotiating with government agencies and provides graphics for planning meetings and public hearings.
