Holcombe Norton Partners, Inc. works with a variety of public and private institutions from colleges, school, and universities to churches in planning new or expanded facilities. HNP works in conjunction with architects and planning committees to determine the scope of new building projects and to assess the fit of the project within the larger context of the campus, as well as the institutions long-term planning goals. Along with determining the appropriate placement of buildings, HNP will design entrance and circulation paths, parking, pedestrian movement, and stormwater management. HNP will also make selections of material for sidewalks, plazas, water features, walls, stairs, and ramps, as well as choosing shade trees and other plantings that enhance the character of the outdoor spaces making them an intergral part of the campus.
